Trim Walk
Caprock Custom Construction will schedule the trim walk with the homeowner to make sure that your expectations are met prior to trimming.
Cabinet Walk
This is usually done at the same time as the trim walk. Caprock Custom Construction will design and build your cabinets around your selected appliances etc.
Texture Walk
Caprock Custom Construction will apply texture samples for your approval.
Tape Bed and Texture
Caprock Custom Construction will apply the approved texture.
Install Gutters
The exterior gutters are installed.
Install Garage Doors
Install the garage doors per the plan or drawings.
Install Wood Floors
Install wood floors that have previously been selected.
Approve Cabinet Drawings
Caprock Custom Construction will provide cabinet drawings or storyboards for your approval per the cabinet walk.
Install Cabinets
Install cabinets per drawings.
Granite Top Templates
The countertop company will come to the house and measure the cabinet tops to start the fabrication of the stone countertops.
Trim House
Begin and complete interior trim of the house.
Install Tile, Granite, Marble and Floors
Install the flooring, bathroom tile, shower tile, kitchen backsplash, accent tile, etc. that you have chosen.
Dig Pool
Pool Excavation, steel work to be performed
Gunite Pool
After all plumbing work, electrical work and inspections, gunite pool
Install Stair Package
The stair contractor will install the stair of your choice.
Stain
Stain all the areas that are noted prior to staining.
Paint
Paint all the areas that are noted prior to painting.
Plaster Pool, Tile work
After curing of gunite, plaster pool, install tile.
Install Decks around Pool
Install all flatwork, drains, electrical and prep for landscape irrigation.
Install Granite Countertops
Install countertops per plan.
Set HVAC Units
These are units that you see outside the home.
Security Trim
Install the keypads activate operable windows and doors.
Central Vac Trim
Install outlet covers and deliver hose.
Electrical Trim
Finish all plugs, cans, switches, and decorative fixtures.
Plumbing Trim
Install all plumbing fixtures.
Install Wallpaper
Install wallpaper of your choice.
Stain Floors
Stain hardwood floors.
Install Mirrors and Glass
Install glass showers and mirrors.
Install Hardware
Install hardware that was selected.
Install Flatwork
Install the driveway with material of your choice. There are many choices such as: pattern concrete, salt finish, aggregate, stain, pavers, and many more
Prepped prior to pour for irrigation, drains, electrical lighting etc.
Set Fence Post
Remove all temporary fencing and install permanent post prior to trenching for irrigation.
Install Sprinkler
Install sprinkler per the landscaper, allowing for septic system if needed.
Landscape
Install approved landscaped plan.
Carpet
Install selected carpet.
Final Clean
Final Coat on Wood Floors
