Joe Chamberlain CGB, GMB is the Chief Operating Officer of Caprock. Kay Chamberlain his wife and partner of 30 years is the Home Designer. Kay is a primary designing force when interfacing with Clients
and Architects. Kay's ability to bring architecture, furniture and floor plans together is what helps set Caprock apart from their counterparts. The Caprock Carpenters and Cabinet Makers run primarily under
her direction; the ability to translate a Client's dreams into reality is of paramount importance.
Caprock is a family ran Company. Son, Chad is an experienced Real Estate Investor; a licensed commercial appraiser; a Builder of Custom Homes. Chad's background in Finance, Appraising and Construction
gives Caprock a breadth of skills to call upon to help with all phases of Custom Home lots, purchasing, management and construction.
Son, Chip is a Realtor, an experienced Project Manager with purchasing, crew management and Project experience. Chip is invaluable with his education in Engineering and experience in Construction and
Real Estate. He is relied upon from slab preparation to final millwork finishing. Chip in normally the first person on the jobsite everyday and the last to leave. Chip starts with the concrete foundation and
stays through completion along with Joe, Kay, Chad and the rest of the Company Crews.
Kay works as our Home Designer providing colorboards for paint and fabric, cabinetry elevations, Home Elevation Sketches to help visualize your dreams. Our Artists Murals, specialty art work all work at
Kay's direction. Kay's furniture layouts, will help you with purchasing, interior design, decorating; Kay will work together with you to provide substance to your desires and create the Home of Your Dreams.
Our Master Cabinet Maker is a Carpenter and Master Wood Carver. Our wide range of experience allows Caprock to produce custom cabinetry that is well beyond standard cabinetry. Caprock has a
dedicated Cabinet Shop that allows the construction of any Cabinetry, out of any wood available. Bring your magazine clippings, our cabinet crew will be happy to build it for you.
Our Master Trim Carpenter is an experienced cabinet maker and Master Trim Carpenter who brings that Old World Craftsmanship to your home. Estate Beams, Trusses, Estate Crown, Doors, Estate
Baseboards, Plaqued Walls; his crew can build it all.
