Kay and Joe Chamberlain have been married and worked as partners for 37 years. We have known each other for
46 years. Our families have been in and around Dallas since the middle 1800's. We have lifelong ties to the
Building and Construction Industry. Our youngest son, Chip Chamberlain is the company Realtor and is an
experienced builder.

Background Information
We have grown up in the construction and contracting business. Joe got his start in the Real Estate and
Construction Industry in 1971 upon his return from Vietnam as a US Marine. Although he is no longer an active
Realtor, his experience continues to serve him well. During the past 40 years, Joe has been active in the
contracting business in Real Estate as a licensed Realtor, Home Construction as a Custom Builder, an
Audio/Video Equipment Systems Contractor, Computer Networks as a Cisco CCNA, Telecommunication Systems
as a FCC Licensed Engineer and Electronic Surveillance as a Texas Private Security Agency Licensee allowing
him to provide commercial security services to banks. Joe also holds a Certified Graduate Builder and Master
Graduate Builder certification from the National Association of Home Builders. Recently he has received the
Certified Green Professional designation to complement his knowledge of energy efficient home building.
There are few Builders in the Construction Industry that have such a well rounded background of todays modern
homes that are full of electronics, building system envelopes, networks and telecommunication control systems
for environmental control.
