One of the most frequently asked questions that I come across is “What is the process for building a custom home?” I am writing this to provide a
clear and concise answer to that question.
What are my qualifications in writing this? I started as a realtor and builder in 1971. Since then, I have spent almost 4 decades as a small businessman
in the daily quest of educating myself to do a better job tomorrow. I am a Graduate Master Builder that participates in continuing education. I have built
homes ranging in price from $150,000 to the multi-millions of dollars.
