Is Caprock a Custom Builder?

Yes.  Caprock can build using a Caprock plan, a modified version of
our plan, or a plan of your choice. We offer the flexibility to build your
home the way you want it.
Are Caprock homes "Track" homes?

Absolutely not. Caprock custom builds your home using unique
home designs utilizing conventional house framing techniques
or insulated concrete forms. All homes are built on a slab or
crawl-space foundation. Selected materials are delivered from
centrally located local lumber yards. Caprock selects the
lumber yard to guarantee top quality materials for your home.
Does Caprock Homes build completely finished homes?

Yes. Caprock can finish your home, or leave some of the finish to
you to save you money.
Are Caprock's home warranty and inspections different if we build
in an area that is considered rural?

No, we offer full inspections of all phases of the construction
process by municipal inspectors or third party inspectors. Our 10
year warranty also requires all comprehensive inspections be
performed prior to issuing the warranty to you. Your home is
inspected and warranted so you can be assured of receiving
quality workmanship no matter where you are located.
How long does construction take?

Construction times vary based on many factors; weather, size of the
home and contractor availability. Our experience shows that we can
typically build a finished home in 120 - 150 days.
How much do your homes cost?

Caprock is a Custom Builder and our prices vary depending on
what features you want in your home, the type of lot you own, and
the level of completion you desire. .
How can I be sure that I got what I asked for and paid for?

There is nothing hidden with us.. after the job is completed, you will
receive a complete set of books containing all lien releases,
building inspections, engineering reports, copies of all material
invoices, subcontractor invoices, project accounting balance sheet...

During construction, your project funds are held in a Texas
Construction Trust Account... with all funds accounted for on a daily
basis; all funds going into and out of the Construction Trust
Account account are solely for your Home. It keeps all paper trails
transparent.
How do I as a home owner make all of those decisions?

We ask... we work with you from design to handing you the keys...
our collaborative efforts will result in something that you can afford
to build, pay the light bill and be proud to live in....
